Senior dedications are a wonderful and enduring expression of your feelings. We are accepting dedications digitally using our publisher's website and in person in the front office. Please login to yearbooksforever.com to submit your digital photos, text and make a payment. If you cannot convert your hardcopy photos into digital form we will be accepting complete packages (dedication form, photos, text, and payment) by 9/9/23. Please have all items in one envelope and drop the envelope in the yearbook mailbox inside the front office, or hand it to one of the receptionists.  Any parents submitting materials late will not be guaranteed a page in the yearbook. Our yearbook staff will create your page using the materials you have submitted.

Payment

Payment: credit/debit cards are accepted only when submitting online. For parents doing a drop-off on or before 9/9 please include cash or a check (made out to WHS) with your materials.  Once you have made the payment, that space in the yearbook has been reserved for your dedication and no refunds will be made.

Anyone submitting materials or payments after this date is not guaranteed space in the book.

WHS Yearbook reserves the right to request alternate content or to refuse to print something that violates school standards regarding appropriate dress, language, substance abuse, weapons, gang affiliation, etc.

To Insure Quality

Every year our staff is inundated with last minute requests - please allow enough time to gather and prepare your materials and submit them on time.

Submitting Hard Copies 

If submitting hard copy images, please do not cut photos with scissors, if cropping is needed add post-its to the image showing the areas you want cropped. We will scan all hard copy images, so please do not submit photos printed on plain paper.
If you are including digital images submitted in person please place them on a thumb drive containing images that are at the highest quality possible. We prefer images saved as JPEGs or TIFF files that are at least 300 dpi in quality. Please do not submit bitmap (.BMP), Powerpoint (ppt), or other format files. Please note: No collages, hand written notes or "artwork" will be accepted and portable drives will not be returned. We will arrange the limited number of photos noted above. If the number of images you submit exceeds the maximum allowed, our staff will make editorial decisions, and place those images. Submit text separately for us to input – we will use the fonts that we have chosen for the dedication section, rather than any fonts you might submit. Please submit an amount of text proportional and appropriate for your ad space. Names should be clearly spelled EXACTLY how you want them to appear.

Proofs

 We are the only staff in Northern California that sends an electronic proof to parents purchasing dedications. If you provide a legible version of your email address on your order form we will email you a proof of your finished dedication. You can then asks that changes be made, and we will do what we can to honor those requests.
